3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our withdrawal policy.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

The delivery time depends greatly on the quantity and the delivery address. Please contact us for exact delivery times.

7. Payment

Payment is made in advance.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions shall apply.
